3. Purchases & Refunds (Workbooks & Digital Files)
- Digital Downloads: All purchases of downloadable digital products (including workbooks, practice sheets, and Procreate brushes) are delivered digitally immediately after payment via email or instant download links.
- License: Purchases grant you a non-exclusive, personal license to download and use the materials. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of these digital files is strictly prohibited.
- Refund Policy: Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of downloadable files, all sales of digital workbooks and brush sets are final and non-refundable, except in cases of accidental duplicate purchases.
4. Paid Subscriptions (Lettering Weekly Pro)
- Recurring Billing: Lettering Weekly Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly (or annually, depending on the selected plan). Your payment method will automatically be charged at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
- Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time with zero hassle. Cancellations can be managed directly inside your Customer Area account dashboard on our website, or by emailing support at [email protected].
- Access Upon Cancellation: When you cancel, you will retain access to subscriber content until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again.
- Refund Policy: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods after newsletter content for that period has been delivered.
5. Your Warranties
You agree and warrant you will use our website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, including all applicable laws.
If you breach the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, you agree to pay fair compensation for the damage caused to us.
6. Limitations of Liability
In any case, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or incidental damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business / contract / revenue / data or information or business interruption) arising in connection with the use of, or inability to use, this website and its content or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the fulfillment, breach, or invalidity of these Terms and Conditions shall be finally settled by the competent court in Zagreb, Republic of Croatia.
